If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. While we don’t charge cancellation fees, providing advance notice is crucial as our team depends on a well-organized schedule. Your timely notification helps us ensure our workers have consistent work and avoids unnecessary downtime. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
Residential:
- Exterior Window Cleaning: Typically between $180 and $250.
- Interior and Exterior Window Cleaning: Usually ranges from $220 to $450.
Commercial:
- We specialise in large commercial jobs with many windows and high-rise or difficult-to-access locations. Prices for these properties typically start around $600 and can go up depending on the size and complexity. For smaller shop fronts, we offer services with a minimum price of $115.
The duration of the service depends on the size of your property and the condition of the windows. Generally, residential window cleaning takes between 2 to 5 hours. Please note that additional services, such as paint removal, are available as add-ons and will require extra time. If you have specific needs, let us know so we can accommodate them.
If you only require the exterior windows cleaned, you don’t need to be at home. However, if you have windows on a balcony or hard-to-reach areas, we’ll need access to the inside of your property.
Additional Fees & Service Limitations
Our pricing is designed to offer you excellent value, but additional fees may apply for certain services not included in the standard package. These include:
Detailed Window Frame and Sill Cleaning: Our standard service includes a light clean of the window sill to remove excess water. For thorough cleaning of window frames and sills, or other specific needs, these can be arranged as additional services.
Thorough Window Track Cleaning: Comprehensive cleaning of window tracks is not included in the standard service. If needed, this can be added for an extra fee.
Second Wash for Exterior Windows: If a second wash is required to achieve the desired results, this will incur extra charges.
Post-Construction Cleaning: Cleaning required after construction or renovation will incur a surcharge.
Sticky Tape, Paint, Pollen & Stubborn Marks
These are not included in standard window cleaning. Removal of such marks is charged hourly and requires your approval before we use scraper tools. Some Auckland properties have significant pollen buildup on exterior windows—this doesn’t come off with regular cleaning. It requires careful scrubbing with 0000 steel wool or a window scraper, along with multiple cleans to check the results. As this process is time-consuming, it is not included in fixed-price quotes.Hard Water Spot Removal: This service is not included in the standard package. Hard water spots appear as cloudy, white, or mineral-stained areas on glass surfaces, often caused by calcium and magnesium deposits. These stains do not come off with standard cleaning and require specialized treatment, which is available at an additional cost.
- Inaccessible & Skipped Windows
Some windows may have rails, facades, or structures that limit access and make cleaning difficult. We’ll do our best using small or rotating brushes where possible, but results may vary. If windows are skipped due to access issues or by your request after we arrive, no discounts will be applied. Skipping a few windows has minimal impact on overall labour, setup time, driving time, and the scheduled appointment slot. Window Tint Removal: These jobs are quoted on an hourly basis. If you are given an estimated time for completion, this could change significantly based on the age and condition of the adhesive. Removing old or stubborn tint can take 1.5 hours per square meter, while larger jobs, such as entire houses, may take several days. Please be prepared for extended work times and cost variations depending on the difficulty of removal.
Service Limitations
Internal Glass, Glass Balustrades, Sunroofs, and Skylights are not included in the quote unless explicitly stated.
We cannot clean behind the installation screws of glass balustrades.
Spider Spray: If spider spray has been applied recently, it will need to be removed in addition to window cleaning. This will incur an additional fee depending on the job size.
Window Scraping Disclaimer: If a window scraping tool with a sharp blade is required to remove paint, beeswax, or sticky tape, this process can scratch the glass. We do not take responsibility for any damage, and the service is done at your own risk. Window scraping is charged by the hour.
Sleep Outs, Studios, and Offices Not Attached to the House: These are not included in the standard service as they cannot be accurately estimated using online data when quoting. If you require these areas to be cleaned, please contact us for an adjusted quote.
Window Cleaning ProcessÂ
Exterior Window Cleaning: Outside windows are cleaned using a water-fed brush with purified, deionized water. We use a Pure Wash Alto 10 system that removes impurities from the water before spraying it onto the glass. The exterior windows are not squeegeed.
Interior Window Cleaning: Inside windows are cleaned with a soapy mop and then squeegeed for a streak-free finish.

If rain is forecasted on the day of your appointment, we generally don’t mind working in light rain, as we’re accustomed to Auckland’s weather. However, if the weather is too severe, we may need to reschedule. We will contact you to confirm if a reschedule is necessary.
